“The spacious villa is located in an area close to the sea, on the beach of Santa Maria a Focallo. Wide expanses of free beach with fine sand and green sea. Residential area of fairly well-kept houses and not far from restaurants and lidos and the town of Pozzallo. The villa is large and cozy, clean and with all amenities. The pool is pleasant with salt water although not very big and the central fountain does not work. We were 2 families of 4, 8 in total and we also took the upstairs which could be rented separately. Very good location close to Mediterranean beaches in the south but also to Ionian beaches in the east. About 50 minutes from all the Sicilian baroque towns: Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, etc…with possibilities then for afternoon and evening trips. Kind welcome from Host Tiziana who explained everything very carefully.”

Umbrella, towels, coffee maker, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer (3 pieces), salt, pepper: it was all there and made our stay easier, we are ☺️ very grateful for the hospitality ❤️
The only advice is that there are 2 entrances to the parking lot, but they are very narrow, I recommend using smaller cars or backing up from the main road (easier).”
“We received a warm welcome from Tiziana with many helpful tips about the area, such as restaurants and recommendations for beach visits. The accommodation was very nice, modern but cozy. In short: we liked it very much. The children were very pleased with the pool. What was initially not clear to us, however, was that the accommodation is divided into two parts with two different entrances, so we had to split into two families. In the end, however, it was not bad at all because we spent most of our time together on the beautiful terrace. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and will definitely return in the coming years.”
