In the heart of Vallata Santa Domenica, at the historic premises of the Mill “La Timpa”, an exclusive experience for newlyweds who want to celebrate their honeymoon with Sicilian tradition. Take part in a cooking class repurposing customs, superstitions e wedding rituals of Sicily between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, with the preparation of the traditional banquet: from the sweet and sour caponatina, to the “maccarrùna di ziti” with pork sauce, to the typical almond-based desserts, revisited with elegance.
The atmosphere is enhanced by a table set with embroidered tablecloths and period accessories, and ends with a small surprise-reminder for the bride and groom.
